Oh, wow! I honestly didn’t see this ending up where it did — with music. As I was reading, I paused and thought to myself, “I really can’t think of any person, right now, who does this for me”, then it was revealed that, in fact, you weren’t talking about a person, but music. Good, ole’ music. I suppose until I find someone who can do the things for me that music does, who can entrance me, transport me to a different place, a different state of being, I must settle for music alone, which, if you ask me, isn’t settling at all.
